Motel Policies

Additional Person Charge: $10 p/p Day. -Daily Guest Fee including parking $25. -Guest Parking Fee: $20 Oceanfront rooms require 4-night minimum stay. Reservations for Non-Oceanfront rooms require 3-night minimum stay. Rooms booked for less than minimum stay are subject to rate increase.

Advance reservations require one night deposit by credit card or cash. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit, however amount forfeited can be applied to another reservation for credit in the current year.

Weekly rate offered to reservations made from Saturday through Saturday. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis as the schedule permits. Reservations of 5 days or more can be prorated at the weekly rate.

Pets are permitted in first floor rooms only, with pre-authorization of manager, and deposit. Dogs must be under 30lbs, house trained, and be with owner at all times. Animals should not be left alone in room unless secure in kennel. $25 cleaning fee per day for first 3 days, $100 fee per week charged when checking in.

Check-In 3 P.M. / Check-Out 11 A.M. Early check-ins and late check-outs will be accommodated when schedule permits. Requests should be made at front desk upon arrival.
